Writing Coaching

We will help you start and finish your book in 12 months (or pick up where you are and finish)
4 Hours Intensive Quick Starter LIVE class. (Happens once a month ONLY) We will talk about the Book stages, Outline, Plan, Schedule, Workspace, and accountability.
Watch all the writing mentoring and teaching classes on your time. Access the Q&A after each class. Once you finish a class, you can type your question, and the mentors will type their answers. The next class will become available as soon as the previous one is completed.
Monthly 1 Hour ONE-ON-ONE to update and get feedback from the coach.
Submit your chapter (s) for review 48 Hours prior to ONE-ON-ONE in order to get feedback.
Monthly Authors gathering – Meet monthly for live Q&A, brainstorming, comments, and sharing success stories.

Editing

Manuscript Evaluation. Feedback by the professional editor, advising the author of the strengths and weaknesses of the manuscript (based on a review of the work and in light of the author’s goals and intended audience for the work, proposing workable approaches and guidelines for effectively revising the work and overcoming specific shortcomings.
A complete Project and Developmental Editing. This includes coordinating and editing a project from proposal or rough manuscript to final manuscript, incorporating input from the author.
Substantive and Structural Editing. Clarifying or reorganizing a manuscript for content and structure. It helps the sentences flow better and sound clearer.
Stylistic Editing. Commonly known as line editing as well. Clarifies meaning, eliminates jargon, polishes language, and brings the book up to industry standard according to American English.
Copyediting. Editing for grammar, usage of words, spelling, punctuation, consistency of facts, and other mechanics of style.
Double Proofreading. This means we have your manuscript proofread twice by two separate professional editors. Proofreading is the final manuscript check for errors, irregularities, and inconsistencies according to the standards of American English.

Publishing &Distribution

Book Cover Design. Our professional designers will design the cover, spine, and back of the book for you. They will suggest high-quality images that will be suitable for your book, or you can provide your own as well, provided that it has been licensed.
Typesetting, formatting, and Layout. Our professional designers will provide internal formatting for your book. This can include one basic illustration per chapter if desired, and your entire book, from the copyright page to the very end.
Identification. Your book will be cataloged and officially registered in Bowker’s Books database. Each book format requires its own identification number, known in the book industry as an ISBN number. We will provide a series of ISBN numbers assigned to your book for the necessary formats (print, digital, audio, paperback, hardcover, etc.). We will also provide a bar code for your print-format book.
Market research for proper pricing of your book. We will price your book for you according to the market value and research of compatible items.
eBook creation and distribution. Your eBook will be available on Kindle, Barnes & Noble, Apple iBook, and other major digital book retailers.
Distribution. We will make sure your book is automatically made available to tens of thousands of retailers, including Amazon, Barnes & Noble, Walmart, Target, and other well-known, independent wholesalers and retailers inside and outside the US. Your books can even be made available to schools and libraries.
30 copies of your book.
The author will always buy books at 50% off the retail cost. 1, 100, or 1000 copies, you get it at 50% off the retail cost.
Print on Demand. You do not have to store copies at home. Our distribution will take care of drop shipping your books directly to the end consumer as they are sold.
We will submit all copyright legal paperwork and register your manuscript with the United States Copyright Office. The author will always retain 100% of the copyright of their book.
Reports provided with tracked sales and royalties to be paid.

Marketing

Website. We will give you your own website. We call it a one-pager because it is one page with your author’s long bio, about your book(s) and how to purchase them, and links to your social media.
Professional help on writing your back cover. There is no one better to write your back cover than yourself. But we will help you! We will guide you to make sure you write your best back cover possible!
100 promotional bookmarks that match your book that you may use as you desire.
QR code that is linked and registered with your book’s ISBN number and bar code (not a regular static QR code). This QR code can be modified as you wish without the need to be reprinted. This means you can print it on your book and bookmarks and change the destiny of where it takes people as you choose.
Author’s social media Setup. (3 Channels – Set up or restoration of existing channels) Our professional marketing team will create a visual identity across your social media channels that match your author profile picture, colors, and theme and that is attractive to the audience you are interested in attracting.
Quote images and visual graphics will be made for you by our professional marketing team and either published by you or for you (your choice) to engage your audience.
Social Media Management. Our professional Marketing team will create an average of 2-4 graphic posts per week, and they will schedule it for you to be posted to your social media.
One-on-one meeting with a marketing strategist to help you create a strategy to best engage your audience during the pre-launch and launch months. Besides the graphic posts, what else can you do to engage your audience? That is what this meeting is about. Have a plan on what to do daily.
Set up of your Amazon Author’s account.
Set up of your GoodReads Author’s account.
Amazon category research and selection to maximize chances of bestseller status.
Management of $0.99 promotional price for the first week of your book to promote and maximize sales and reviews.

A: We offer books in print, e-books, and audiobooks. You choose. Our authors always buy their own books at a discount, which is a great advantage if they want to have physical copies at hand. However, we do print on demand as well. Audiobooks are not included in the publishing packages, but we are pleased to quote them for you.
